December!

Can't believe it's December already! It only took about 8 months to finally go private with this blog. Remember the email a while back? My goal was to have it done before we moved. Hopefully those who read this got the email! If you hear of any upset friends of mine that feel shunned, let me know!! So why don't I post more often? One huge reason is because of him...

Yes, he is cute, too cute with those cheeks that I forget to be upset with when he wakes me up two, three, four, yes, sometimes five times at night! It's worse now than when he was a newborn. I am tired so tired and daydream about what it feels like to get more than three hours of uninterrupted sleep. Needless to say, my mind just doesn't work well enough to put words together to form sentences, let alone amusing posts. We are needing a baby bedtime boot camp program soon!

A second reason for the lack of posts, pictures. I forget to take them. Chalk it up to the lack of sleep and the craziness of having it at our house, but I completely failed to take a single picture of Thanksgiving! My brother and his wife even came up from California, but it still didn't register in my head to take a picture! Nice Chrissy!

So, December is here and I have lots on the calendar already, many a must for pictures. I will do my best to update often so you don't login and see the same picture! Have a happy December!!

I can't stand how cute he his! I SO wish I could give you some uninterrupted sleep...do they sell that on Amazon?

You can't take all the "blame" for not taking pics at Thanksgiving...how many other adults were there, and how many were making all the food, AND keeping watch over children?!?

Yeah. That's what I thought!

izzy did that! was a fabulous sleeper as a newborn and then at month four or so just got awful waking up multiple times a night. i let it go on way to long. finally after we moved to our new house i made her cry it out. and of course by night three she was cured. and she is my BEST most consistent sleeper now. she NEVER wakes up in th enight. and i'm sure i just cursed that. but it's true.

I am with you on this one! Adding this 3rd baby makes my brain, well less functional. I hope that he starts sleeping better for you, is he having solids yet? I would give him rice cereal before bed, see if it will help his tummy be full longer. Good luck though, I hope Owen doesn't pull the same trick on me, I am not a nice person without sleep!

Boy, he is cute! A very nice picture.
Glad to see you are going private with your blog.
Everything I have read/heard/advised regarding frequent nocturnal awakenings for small fry's, involves lots of crying (mostly by the baby) and guilt....by you know who.

We love you all, Grandad

THanks for the invite, I love to see your family. Hope you can get some more sleep in, it's amazing how much more enjoyable life is on a normal amount of sleep!!!

I don't know how you are functioning on no sleep, but I am about to join you and will then soon remember how awesome it is to sleep uninterrupted. Tyler sure is cute though!
