The Month in Review

Here are some pictures of our past month of craziness!

All loaded up and ready to go!

Grandma and Grandpa's house was filled with fun things to do and see. The girls were fasinated by the deer that came to visit each day.

We Made It!

So sorry for the delay in posting. I just got my phone, Internet and cable set up yesterday. Yes, that means I have no idea what's been going on outside my house. First things first, we love the new house! It is everything we imagined it to be and more. So much more that our "formal living room" would make a good dance hall due to the lack of furniture we have. Not having the distractions of TV and computer, I have done most of the unpacking already. There's still a collection of things to put away, but the house is finally livable.

It's probably a good thing that I waited to post. The flight and the week of transition with the girls is all a blur by now. All I remember is that it was hard and I never want to do it again! With it all over and done with, I just LOVE being here!

So far the weather in Portland has been perfect. 70s and 80s each day and it cools down each night. We've been exploring our area a bit and it has been so nice to have things close and easy to get too. Now that my packing is under control, we can finally get out and have a little fun before school starts.

Instead of sitting here all night telling all our stories, I'll try to post as the week goes on.
