Wave Hill Visit

On Saturday we ventured off to an area in the Bronx known as Wave Hill. It's a beautiful garden park located right on the Hudson River. The views were breathtaking and the flowers beautiful. If you arrive before noon there's no entrance fee and it's the only place that has free parking in NYC! The girls favorite part was the water garden. Ella must have stayed there for a half hour watching for the fish and trying to touch one. The Bronx fascinates me. There's Pelham Park with horse trails, Bronx Zoo, the New York Botanical Gardens, and now Wave Hill, I'm in constant surprise by how large it is and the many diverse areas. It's is so much more than it gets credit for.

You know, I hear "The Bronx," and I think of a concrete, scary, dirty, ghetto-ish, tough place! I am relieved to know that I'm wrong!

Did Ella ever touch a fish?

Could Chloe's curls be any cuter?

Didn't you guys eat anything worthy of reporting on this trip?! ;) Love you!!!
